Common food liner mistakes that cause rejected shipments

Assuming all PE or woven liners are food grade. Most industrial liners are produced from the same base polymers but with different additive packages and less clean production control. A cement-grade woven liner run on the same machine as a malt liner is not food safe by proximity.
