The Thermal Container Liner is a high-performance insulated packaging solution specifically designed for temperature-sensitive cargo transportation. Adopting a composite structure of woven PE and double-sided PE aluminum foil lamination, it effectively blocks heat transfer, maintains stable internal temperatures, and protects cargo from external temperature fluctuations, moisture, and contamination. It is a cost-effective alternative to refrigerated containers, suitable for long-distance sea, land, and air transportation without relying on external power supply.

  1. Material Composition

Core structure: Woven PE (Polyethylene) + 2 sides PE aluminum foil laminated. The composite structure combines the durability of woven PE with the excellent thermal insulation and reflective performance of aluminum foil, achieving comprehensive protection for temperature-sensitive cargoes.

  • Woven PE layer: Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers, featuring high tensile strength, good tear resistance, and wear resistance. It provides strong structural support for the liner, preventing damage during loading, unloading, and transportation. The grammage of the woven PE layer ranges from 40-120 gsm, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity and durability.
  • PE aluminum foil laminated layer: High-purity aluminum foil (thickness: 6.5-12 microns) is laminated on both sides of the woven PE layer through advanced extrusion lamination technology. The PE coating (20-25 microns) between the woven PE and aluminum foil enhances adhesion, making the composite material tight and not easy to delaminate. The aluminum foil has a reflectivity of 95%-97%, which can effectively reflect radiant heat, while the PE layer enhances waterproof and moisture-proof performance.

  • Thermal insulation performance: Effectively reduces heat transfer through conduction, convection, and radiation. It can maintain a stable internal temperature range of -20℃ to +60℃, with a temperature difference control of ±5℃ under normal transportation conditions (varies with external environment and transportation time).
  • Water vapor transmission rate: ≤ 5.75 ng/n·s (excellent moisture-proof performance, preventing cargo damage caused by condensation or moisture intrusion).
  • Color: Silver (standard color, customizable with other colors according to customer requirements).
  • Flammability: Meet flame-retardant standards (optional, customizable according to customer needs)
