COMPARE MATERIALS & APPLICATIONS
We manufacture woven dry bulk container liners for granular and powdered cargo, with separate designs for malt, hides, agricultural cargo and sift-proof powder handling. The range also includes a rail wagon liner. Compare each model against the actual cargo and transport equipment.
These designs use different fabrics, coatings, inner layers and seam treatments. Start with the cargo and transport equipment, then compare the application-specific specification and filling or discharge arrangement.

The six designs address different handling requirements. Match the cargo, construction and transport equipment before discussing dimensions and quantity.
State whether the load is granular material, malt, powder or hides, and whether it travels in a shipping container or rail wagon. The wagon liner is a dedicated rail application and should be specified separately from the container formats.
Compare HDPE or PP woven fabric, LDPE lamination, film or felt layers and taped or welded seams as applicable to the model. An uncoated breathable fabric and a sealed film-based construction serve different protection requirements.
Provide the equipment layout, container or wagon dimensions and the filling and discharge process. Explain port positions, fixing arrangements, cargo-contact requirements and order quantity. For powders, also identify the relevant particle and process characteristics for technical review.
Compare PE film container liners when a film-based format is being considered. Review moisture control and contamination prevention alongside the cargo and loading requirements.
No. The range includes distinct designs for general granular cargo, malt, hides, rail wagons, agricultural cargo and powder handling. Match the individual specification to the cargo, loading process and transport unit.
The DBL-W06 description specifies coated woven PE and PU-taped seams for powder handling. Review the seam construction, particle characteristics and loading and discharge arrangements. Do not assume that another woven design provides the same powder-containment format.
DBL-W05 is listed with uncoated woven PP and a barless format. That construction differs from laminated or seam-sealed options. Check whether a breathable, uncoated design matches the cargo and moisture-protection requirements for the particular route.
The malt-focused DBL-W02 uses an HDPE woven core with LDPE lamination. The DBL-W03 hide liner includes woven PE, a PE film layer and an inner felt surface. Their cargo-contact and handling requirements differ, so compare the dedicated product details.
Provide the cargo name and form, container or wagon dimensions, loading and discharge equipment, required openings and fixing points, route, order quantity and any cargo-contact documentation requirements. Include drawings where the equipment or geometry is application-specific.
Provide the cargo, transport unit, liner dimensions, filling and discharge method, required openings and estimated quantity. Fabric, coatings, seam treatment and the complete configuration affect the quotation. PE film container liners provide another material format to compare for suitable applications.
