Our Thermal Refrigeration Blanket is a modular cold air retention solution custom engineered for open refrigerated display cabinets in supermarkets, covering meat, dairy and fresh produce sections.
All product designs comply with strict industrial CAD production standards, fully certified to FSANZ, FDA 21 CFR Part 177, HACCP and IP54 protection standards, fully meeting global food retail hygiene regulations. This product completes our full cold chain insulation product line alongside thermal container liners and insulated pallet covers.

Lightweight panels interlock horizontally without length limit, fully customizable to fit any cabinet on site. Precise dimensional tolerance ensures consistent assembly quality; only one worker can carry, install and disassemble the whole set without extra labor support.

Each panel is equipped with heavy-duty industrial Velcro for stable interlocking. Full-length food-grade rubber gaskets seal all splicing gaps. Built-in magnetic strips create continuous airtight barriers on cabinet tops & sides, completely cutting cold air loss and drastically reducing refrigeration power consumption.
- Color Coding System for Simple On-Site Classification
Distinct colored Velcro for zone management: Red for meat sections, Blue for dairy, Green for fruits & vegetables. Clear identification avoids cross-contamination during years of frequent store operation. Seamless splicing leaves no dirt-trapping corners, supporting high-frequency fast cleaning.
- Compact Roll-Up Storage with Matching Dust-Proof Carry Bags
When idle, each panel rolls into a compact cylinder with 150mm diameter to save storage space. Matching food-grade dust-proof carry bags are supplied as standard; dedicated storage carts are optional for classified storage to prevent cross-contamination during logistics and off-hours storage.
